We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene considerations, the following products can only be returned if they are clearly unworn with all protective film intact:
- Slippers (from our “Slippers” menu category)
- Pantoffels (from our “Pantoffels” menu category)
Personalized products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags attached
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective)
- You must initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
How to Return an Item

- Package your item carefully in its original packaging
- Ship your return to the address provided in your approval email (note: this is different from our business address)
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective)
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process described above
- Clearly state in your email which product you would like to receive instead
- Once we receive your return, we will ship your new item
- Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly
Defective Products
If you received a defective product:
