• Free Shipping (for orders over €50):
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

   I would like to request a return for the following order:

   I confirm that the product is in its original condition with all packaging and labels.

2. Wait for approval – You’ll receive a return authorization within 2 business days with shipping instructions
3. Package your item carefully in its original packaging
4. Ship your return to the address provided in your approval email (note: this is different from our business address)

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective)

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

2. Clearly state in your email which product you would like to receive instead
3. Once we receive your return, we will ship your new item

Defective Products
